This award is presented annually to an individual (or individuals) who have contributed significantly to the (inter)national capacity-building effort to develop an increasingly large cadre of professional language users with nativelike skills in foreign language and culture.
Nominations may be sent by any interested party to any member of the Board of Advisors at any time. Selection typically takes place in early August.
